The main aim of the project CUSTOR is: Firstly, to determine how functional and emotional customer value is created and how to identify the vulnerabilities of it in a multi-actor service supply network, and Secondly to provide a management model for service supply network value creation and vulnerability. We formulate below research questions through which the main issues of the project are examined. The research questions are addressed with multilevel perspective in order to better gain both the abstract and strategic, scientific level of the phenomenon as well as the more concrete and applied perspective (the actual business development).
