Biography
I am a researcher in Lappeenranta University of Technology since October 2017. My research interests include emotions, creativity, and ethical decision making in entrepreneurship. As a member of consortium involving LUT University, Aalto University and Helsinki University, I explore the role of emotions in sustainability decision making. This is important since risks and uncertainty have often been tackled through hard measures in multi-criteria decision models, that treat managers as purely rational. This limitation calls for adding emotion to the ethical considerations. I love to do research since it calls for creativity, curiosity and innovation, which have been key drivers also in my previous endeavours in the creative industries. I have gained deep practical experience (20 years) from creative entrepreneurship and leadership of creative processes such as venture ideation and music co-creation.
