Research Interest
Monte Carlo reactor physics in general and calculation of power distribution to be used in thermal hydraulics solvers. Full core calculations in complicated geometries like pebble bed reactor as example.

Research is supporting safe use of nuclear power, more efficient use of nuclear fuel and reduce amount of high level waste. Monte Carlo reactor physics allows detailed modelling of reactor geometries and more accurate analyses in design and safety of nuclear reactors.
